We have built an online database of information on those who potentially in need of aids, such as patients, people with disabilities, children left at home without a guardian, and foreigners. When such people call 119, a first responder squad is dispatched, grasping the condition or situation facing the person in advance to respond with appropriate measures. If the need requires the assistance of others, then they too are notified. We can locate callers even if a mobile phone is used, enabling us to determine and send the nearest 119 first responder squad to increase the chances of survival.
